31 Jul Rappers Quavo and Megan Thee Stallion Join Forces with Kamala Harris
As the Presidential election of the United State of America gets hotter, In a bid to show support for the Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign, rappers Quavo and Megan Thee Stallion made a surprise appearance at her rally in Atlanta, Georgia, on July 30, 2024.
The campaign, which held at Georgia State University’s Convocation Center, drew a crowd of approximately 10,000 people, all eager to catch a glimpse of the Democratic nominee and the two hip-hop stars.
Megan Thee Stallion took to the stage first, delivering a high-energy performance of her hit songs, including “Girls in the Hood,” “Mamushi,” “Body,” and “Savage.” The crowd was electrified, singing along to every word.
Quavo followed, giving a heartfelt speech in which he highlighted his work with Harris to address gun violence. “I’m proud to stand with Kamala Harris, who has been a true leader in the fight against gun violence,” he said. “Together, we can make a difference.”
The Presidential candidate, Harris took the stage, emphasizing her mission to win the presidential election and unite the country. “Georgia, I ask you, are you ready to get to work?” she asked the crowd, who responded with an echoing “yes.”
The rally marked Harris’ first campaign event in Georgia since becoming the proposed Democratic nominee for president of the United State of America. With the support of Quavo and Megan Thee Stallion, she is clearly building momentum in the state.
As one attendee noted, “It’s amazing to see Kamala Harris, Quavo, and Megan Thee Stallion come together like this. It’s a powerful message of unity and support.”
